I am by nature someone who likes to share. In the past I had a website titled Tidbitz4U that would offer tips about various items and ideas that I heard about and wanted to share with anyone who would listen. Now days, I am looking at articles and Facebook posts, thinking how these would help my clients.
Just the other day I saw an online Webinar posted on Facebook. I sent the link to my client for him to take a look. Now he wants me to take the opportunity to apply what he learned in the webinar, seeing that it would be beneficial for his business. I did the same for another client, showing her the post of someone in a similar industry and what they were doing to collect more clients.
Being thoughtful to my clients and passing on information not only helps spread good will by showing them that you are thinking of them and their business, it also helps create opportunities for yourself to add to your own bottom line.
